Art from the Heart Event
Art from a Heart is a volunteer-led project creating a handmade arts and crafts activity book designed for youth in mental health hospitals. Each volunteer contributes and creates their own pages guiding patients through simple, engaging crafts like origami, coloring, or clay projects. Through weekly meetings, volunteers brainstorm, design, and refine their pages, working together to bring the book to life. The finished collection will be shared with hospital units so patients can choose activities based on their skill level and interests. The project combines creativity, community, and care using art to bring comfort and connection.
Spill & Chill Event

The Spill & Chill: Game Night was an evening full of connection, laughter, and meaningful conversations. We played rounds of Q&A, hot takes, and “Would You Rather?” questions that sparked both lighthearted fun and deeper discussions. Throughout the night, we opened up about mental health, shared personal stories, and reflected on inspirational quotes. To close the evening, we held an open discussion where everyone could talk about the things they were stressed about, offering support and understanding in a safe space. 💜
